The IDEA Committee works to combat racial injustice and support students from marginalized backgrounds by breaking down barriers and fostering mutual respect. In collaboration with PAUSE, the IDEA Committee offers specialized workshops, mentorship, and grad school application support to help underrepresented students thrive. We believe in building a strong, welcoming community through shared respect, active listening, and showing up for one another.
